Welcome friends,
I’m Holly Bray—500-hour Yoga Teacher, Integrated Positional Therapist, and Soft Stretch Release Professional. I specialize in helping people unwind long-held tension, build strength from a place of ease, and reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom.
My approach blends the therapeutic and the intuitive. Drawing from osteopathic-informed techniques, somatic movement, and the ancient tools of yoga, I guide students through practices that soothe the nervous system, support structural balance, and restore vitality. Whether in group classes or one-on-one sessions, my teaching is rooted in safety, compassion, and deep listening.
Like many, I came to yoga seeking healing. As a child, I experienced near-daily headaches. By third grade, I was under the care of a neurologist and on a steady rotation of medications. At 18, frustrated by years of symptom management, I met an osteopathic doctor who acknowledged the profound tension in my body—and recommended yoga. That suggestion became a turning point in my life.
With the support of a skilled yoga therapist, I began to experience what it meant to release, regulate, and restore. More than anything, those early sessions gave me hope. They showed me that healing was possible—and that I could take an active role in it.
In 2007, I followed that path to a Shambhavananda Yoga Ashram in the Colorado Rockies, where I immersed myself in traditional yogic study and became a 200-hour certified teacher. In 2011, I continued my education at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, training with neuromuscular therapist Lee Albert. I spent the next seven years studying his structural approach to healing, becoming the first Integrated Positional Therapist in Oklahoma.
In 2019, I returned to the Shambhavananda tradition to deepen my studies and complete my 500-hour certification. That advanced training included focused work in:
Ayurveda & Marma Points
Yoga for Healing & Resilience
Nervous System Studies
Somatic Movement
Breathing Dynamics & Advanced Pranayama
Thomas Myers' Myofascial Meridians
Advanced Anatomy & Yoga Philosophy
Today, I’m proud to call This Land Yoga my home in Oklahoma City, where I teach weekly classes and workshops, offer therapeutic bodywork, and co- serve as a lead teacher in our 200-hour and 300-hour Teacher Training programs.
I invite students to move with intention, sense from within, and explore the body as a pathway toward deeper awareness, connection, and wholeness.
I truly believe the body holds an innate capacity to heal. When we slow down, listen closely, and meet ourselves with care, transformation becomes not only possible—but inevitable.
